Terms of Service

Effective 7 October 2026 · version 2026-10-07

These Terms govern your use of Mykurva (the "Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the agency you represent. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. The Service

Mykurva helps digital agencies prepare monthly social media reports for the brands they manage. It collects publicly available post data (such as captions, views, likes, comments, shares and follower counts) for the accounts you add, imports insights from the brand's own Instagram and Facebook accounts when you connect them through Meta, and turns them into tables, summaries and Excel exports.

2. Accounts and your agency workspace

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract for your agency.
  • Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
  • The person who creates the workspace is its owner. Owners and admins can invite teammates and manage brands; you are responsible for the people you invite and for removing access when they leave.
  • Tell us straight away if you think your account has been used without permission.

3. Brands, accounts and permission

  • Only add brands and social media accounts you are entitled to report on, for example because the brand is your client. You may add competitor accounts only to compare publicly available data.
  • You confirm that you have the brand's permission for any non-public data shown in the Service, such as reach, impressions or audience demographics.
  • You are responsible for how you use the reports you make with the Service, including what you share with your clients.

4. Data from social media platforms

  • Post data comes from public pages of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and X, through third-party data providers and official APIs. Mykurva is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, ByteDance, Google or X.
  • Platforms change often. Numbers can differ from what the platform's own app shows, some posts may be missing, and a platform may become temporarily or permanently unavailable. We show warnings when we know data may be incomplete, but we don't guarantee that collected data is complete, accurate or available at any particular time.
  • Content you see in the Service (posts, images, captions) belongs to its owners. Use it only for reporting and analysis.

5. Free trial and credits

  • Each new workspace gets a 7-day free trial of the Pro features with 10 credits, for up to 2 brands, 2 competitor accounts and last month's data. One credit is used for each social media account (own or competitor) included in a data pull. Retrying failed steps of a pull doesn't use credits. No payment details are needed.
  • When the trial ends or the credits run out, your brands keep their data and exports but can't pull new data until you choose a plan. We may extend a trial or add credits at our discretion. Credits have no cash value.

6. Prices, payment and renewal

  • Plans are priced per workspace, with a limit on active brands: Basic Rp40,000 per month or Rp110,000 every 3 months (up to 3 brands), and Pro Rp199,000 per month or Rp540,000 every 3 months (up to 10 brands). Agency plans are agreed individually. Prices include the cost of collecting data and are not subject to VAT. The prices on the Billing page apply.
  • You choose a plan on the Billing page and pay for one period (a month or 3 months); the plan is active as soon as payment is received. Renewing continues from the end of the current period. Nothing renews or is charged automatically. After a period ends you can keep pulling data for 3 more days; after that new pulls are locked until you renew.
  • Fees for a month that has started are not refundable, except where the law requires it or where we fail to provide the Service for a significant part of that month, in which case we'll extend the period or refund the unused part.
  • If a plan isn't renewed, past data and exports stay available while your workspace exists, but new pulls are locked. Moving to a smaller plan applies from your next period; brands above its limit can be archived without losing data. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of any price increase, which applies from your next period.

7. Fair use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service to collect data from private accounts, or to monitor or profile individuals rather than brands;
  • resell, publish in bulk or build a competing dataset from data collected through the Service;
  • break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or break the terms of the social media platforms in a way that involves the Service;
  • try to access other agencies' data, test or bypass our security, overload the Service (for example by automating pulls), or reverse engineer it.

To protect the Service we apply fair-use limits, such as how often a brand's data can be pulled.

8. Your data

You keep all rights to the data you put into the Service and to your reports. You give us permission to store and process it only to run, secure and improve the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. You can export your data at any time while your workspace is active.

9. Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep the Service available but don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If we stop the Service entirely, we'll give at least 30 days' notice so you can export your data, and refund any prepaid period that hasn't been used.

10. Suspension and ending your account

  • You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your workspace.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, doesn't pay, or puts the Service or other users at risk. Where reasonable we'll warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

11. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profit, lost clients or decisions made from reports), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we'll tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new Terms apply; if you don't agree, you can stop using it.

13. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We'll first try to settle any dispute by deliberation (musyawarah). If that doesn't work within 30 days, the dispute goes to the West Jakarta District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Barat).

14. Contact
