What to include

• Your workspace name and the email you sign in with.
• The brand and the month or date range you were looking at.
• What you expected to see and what you saw instead. A screenshot helps.
• For a payment: the order ID from the Billing page.

Where the numbers come from, how the trial works, paying and older months are answered in the FAQ. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Connections

• Facebook and Instagram insights: open the brand in Mykurva and choose Disconnect. The posts and numbers already pulled stay in your reports.
• Open in Canva: the designs it creates are yours and stay in your Canva account. To remove the access Mykurva keeps for creating them, go to Settings, then Connected apps, and choose Disconnect next to Canva.

Your data

To get a copy of your data, correct it, or close your workspace and delete its data, email us from the address you sign in with. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep and for how long, and our Terms of Service cover how the Service works.
